Shipping policy

Orders are typically shipped on the requested shipment date or within 24 to 48 hours, provided that full payment has been received before the applicable deadline and that we have successfully confirmed the shipment date with you.

Deliveries are usually handled by DICOM / GO JIT or Purolator, carriers that allow us to offer competitive shipping rates and keep overall costs as low as possible. If you prefer to arrange your own transportation, you may do so at your own expense. In such cases, it is your responsibility to provide us with the carrier’s name and the scheduled pickup date within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping fees include order preparation and packaging costs. Rates are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination. Orders placed separately cannot be combined and will each be subject to their own shipping charges.

While we are not responsible for delays caused by carrier logistics or circumstances beyond our control, we will fully assume responsibility for any delays resulting from an error on our part.
