Growth and Vegetation:
Vigorous and robust plants, with a sprawling growth habit that requires ample space. They have broad, medium-green leaves and are resistant to several common diseases, such as red stele, but can be somewhat susceptible to leaf spot and powdery mildew. Very winter hardy and well-suited to cooler climates.
Harvest and Yield:
Mid-to-late season harvest with very good productivity and high yields of large fruit.
Berries:
Impressively large, with a rich red colour and a slightly irregular, knobby shape. They are firm yet juicy, with an average to sweet flavour that has just a hint of acidity. Particularly prized by those who enjoy making jams, as their size and flavour result in an excellent final product.
